2024 HTLC Day Camp

Hello Families and Friends of Holy Trinity! It's time to register for Day Camp 2024!  This year's camp will be held July 8-12 at Holy Trinity. If your kids have participated before, you know it's A BLAST. Click HERE to find out things like what is Day Camp?  And what do we do at Day Camp? 

The theme is CREATED TO BE! Each day includes a theme, Bible study, music, recreation, arts and crafts, devotions, rest, lunch, special activities (to be announced!), and closing time. Camp runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to noon on Friday. 

Children may participate as campers or junior counselors! 
CAMPERS (kids going into K-5th grades): Registration forms are attached to this email. They will also be available in the church office. Cost per camper is $75 and includes all programming, materials and snacks. Campers will need to pack a lunch and water bottle each day. Check in begins at 8:50 and camp starts at 9:00. Parents/guardians must sign campers in and out each day.

JUNIOR COUNSELORS (youth going into 6th-12th grades): We'd love to have our older kids work alongside Rainbow Trail counselors for the week! They will get hands-on experience working with the best camp counselors around, supervising campers and participating in all camp activities. (And we can sign off on volunteer hours if needed!) Junior Counselors will need to fill out the attached registration form as well. Junior Counselors attend morning staff meetings with Rainbow Trail staff each morning and are required to be onsite from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Junior Counselors are not required to attend the full week and can make arrangements with me (Kristen Caudle) for a part-time schedule.

Once your child is registered as a camper or Junior Counselor, you'll receive a health form. Forms must be filled out and returned to the church office by July 1.
